- Personal information: personal information includes information-items such as name and email address. You do not need to provide any personal information in order to use most sections of this website; however, if you choose to use 'member-only' features such as the SEMPER diagnostic, you must create a user-account containing a user-ID, personal name and a valid email address. This information is used only for protection against misuse of the website, and will not be transferred to others or used for any purpose not specifically related to the use of this website.
- Storage of personal information: personal information as described above is stored on a web-host database, and in copies of the database created at intervals for backup purposes only. Database access is restricted via controlled user-accounts/passwords; physical backups are maintained in a secure location.
- Automated identification: this site uses 'cookies' to track user-sessions. These are locked to the web-host (i.e. Tetradian), and cannot be transferred to any other web-host. On your browser, basic session-tracking 'cookies' will be deleted automatically once the session expires.
